1. What products does Velto sell?

2. Do you deliver nationwide in South Africa?

Yes, we offer nationwide delivery across South Africa.


3. How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery usually takes 3–6 business days nationwide, depending on your location.

Please note that deliveries to remote or outlying areas may take slightly longer.


4. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery status in real time.


5. What payment methods do you accept?

6. Can I return my order?

Yes. We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is:

  • In the same condition received

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the item
  • A brief explanation of the issue

We will work quickly to resolve the matter.


8. Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can only be modified or cancelled before they are processed for shipping. Once an order has been dispatched, we may no longer be able to make changes.

9. Do your products come with a warranty?

Certain products may include a limited supplier or manufacturer warranty depending on the item purchased. Warranty information will be provided where applicable.


10. What should I do if I entered the wrong delivery address?

If the order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to update the address.


11. Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are processed once returned items have been inspected and approved. Approved refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method within a few business days.

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.
