Delivery Policy

At Velto, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

All orders are processed within 1–4 business days.
Once your order is confirmed, we begin preparing it for shipment.

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 5-12 business days, depending on your location within South Africa.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped, allowing you to follow your package every step of the way.

While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to high demand, courier issues, or public holidays.
